The recipe uses beef but the sauce is super nice and I’m sure you can use it with vegetables only. Not sure if you can eat oyster sauce but if you need vegan/vegetarian replacement, you can find vegetarian oyster sauce (or called mushroom sauce) pretty easy. Chicken stock or vegetable stock will work to replace beef stock.

Lol any suggestions on how to recreate it?
